Frequently Asked Questions

The GEA Partner Program is for distributors, service partners, engineering partners and original equipment manufacturers, looking to expand their offering and to build expertise in flow components. It empowers partners to drive growth and enhance the customer experience. Furthermore, it provides access to valuable trainings and resources available to help partners their technical and sales expertise and ensure customer success.

The Partner Program was designed for partners only. There are 3 ways to partner with GEA: As a distribution equivalent to dealer (sell), a service partner / provider (service) and a distribution and service partner (sell and service) - as a hybrid.

Collaborating with a global technology and market leader not only allows you to enhance your expertise by accessing a wide range of resources, including a comprehensive product portfolio, training, support, and tools, but also provides you with valuable marketing support. This includes the opportunity to leverage the GEA brand, empowering you to better serve your customers and strengthen your offerings while benefiting from our strong brand presence in the market.

Before the partner can participate in the Partner Program, a contract is obligatory to be concluded with GEA.

If you are a distributor or service partner, have your focus in the Valves & Pumps business and are interested in our Partner Program, please contact via the contact form.

The actual registration in the partner program is for partners free of charge.

GEA offers training for partners in our GEA Academy. Employees will be trained by our GEA trainers, and they will have to pass partner-level specific written and practical tests. All training courses take place at GEA locations so that you and your staff get to know the local facilities – often this can even be the GEA factories in Europe.

The discount will be adjusted on a yearly basis at the annual business development meeting, where partner classification is also discussed and reviewed.

Participation in the Partner Program can be terminated by either party at the end of the year. This does not apply to the contractual relationship. This is treated separately from the Partner Program and is set out in the contract (see notice period).

We are grateful for your feedback. Please use the contact form.
