GEA FreshPasta Former 2 R300
The GEA FreshPasta Former 2 R300 is a high-performance technology for forming fresh double sheet pasta, capable of handling different types of soft fillings even with 95% moisture and larger pieces inside. It features a double calibration unit, adaptable pump connections and a compensation piston for consistent filling quality.
Fully washable and with a stainless steel construction, it allows tool-free mould changes in just 5 minutes to save time. Operating at speeds of up to 250 strokes per minute, it delivers final product thicknesses of 0.8-1.6 mm with 300 mm wide sheets.
GEA FreshPasta Former 1 C540
Designed for the production of cappelletti, ravioli and single sheet products, the GEA FreshPasta Former 1 C540 allows you to reduce the thickness of the sheet, form it and fill it with maximum precision according to your production requirements. Equipped with a double calibration unit, with central thickness control, and a feed belt connecting the calibration to the mould, the machine ensures a continuous production flow. The reciprocating screw pump ensures synchronised dosing of the filling, while the mould with desmodromic cams optimises the speed and precision of the process.
Thanks to its stainless steel components, this technology is fully washable and allows the mould to be changed in just 5 minutes without the use of tools. With a speed of 200 strokes per minute, sheet width of 540 mm and final product thickness between 0.5 and 1.5 mm, the FreshPasta Former 1 C540 offers maximum efficiency and quality.
