Financial Controller

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our finance team in Izmir, contributing to our financial health and supporting key decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct the financial control and planning functions of the company.

• Oversee and submit monthly closing reports in compliance with company standards.

• Prepare and present IFRS financial statements on a monthly basis.

• Perform calculations for Percentage of Completion (PoC) statements.

• Prepare internal margin analysis reports to support business strategies.

• Handle IFRS 16 data preparation and submission.

• Support the Finance Director in the budgeting process.

• Produce ad hoc reports as requested by the Head Office and internal management teams.

• Monitor bank guarantees and ensure their compliance.

• Follow up on sales contracts and related financial implications.

Your Profile:

• Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience: 5-6 years of experience in auditing or finance/controlling, preferably in international companies.

• Strong experience in financial reporting, feasibility analysis, and IFRS standards.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.

• Experience with SAP is a plus.

• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent changes in the work environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
