On the GEA Booth:
- An operating GEA PowerPak PLUS thermoformer. Manufacturers can count on this flexible unit to deliver low operating costs and high productivity. Top and bottom web motorized unwind systems, with automatic alignment, end film issues and the sealing station offers easy access and safer handling. It also handles the green packaging so important to today’s consumer.
- We’re packaging sweet treats on our GEA SmartPacker TwinTube. The GEA SmartPacker TwinTube is the right choice for packaging snack-sized packets of candy, nuts, cookies and crackers. It offers a production output of up to 500 pillow bags per minute. The unit is ideal for a variety of laminates, including recyclable paper.
- Come see our GEA BATCH FORMULA® PRO high shear mixer. It is used in multiple applications and is available with and without vacuum. Units with a vacuum introduce powder below the liquid surface, resulting in optimal mixing and process times. It instantly wets and deaerates the powder creating a uniform, homogenous, stable product with a long shelf-life. Without vacuum, the mixer allows all powder and liquid to be added manually or via a bin filter. Either mixer option saves energy and time, but also optimizes CIP processes and manufacturing economies. Test units are available.
- Take a close look at our wide selection of GEA valves featured on a display manifold. These hygienic components are ideal for use in dairy and beverage applications.
- Investigate options for bottling beverages that contain fiber, pieces of fruit and cereals. We call them “chunky” beverages. We will be displaying the high speed, yet gentle GEA Piston Doser PX that gets the job done.
- Find out more about our lab-sized equipment. This includes the GEA XStream Lab Homogenizer which will be on display. This table top unit is dedicated to facilitate the testing and scaling of the GEA NiSoX-Valve in various applications while ensuring safe, smart and easy operating conditions. It is perfect for high pressure processing of dairy products, juices, food additives and ingredients, and nanoparticles. Tests can be run even with small sample volumes, and the results can be scaled.

- Our food processing and freezing equipment, including the GEA CookStar oven, will be featured on a touchscreen system that allows viewers to see and manipulate 3D equipment models. It’s possible to see representations of running equipment using this special viewing system.
- Representatives from GEA Service will be on hand to review the newest innovations from a service perspective including remote service and monitoring. All are developed to keep your facility up, running and producing product.
