GEA Bake Depositor 2LC is a compact lobe depositor that allows the production of four different types of soft-dough cookies: deposited, wire-cut, soft-center and co-extruded, bicolored products included. Thanks to its flexibility and ease of handling, the switchover is very simple and quick. Furthermore, its versatility enables you to have a stand-alone machinery or to install it in an existing tray line.

Despite its compact size, the Bake Depositor 2LC offers high production capability: it is able to reach 40 strokes per minute for deposited products and 100 cuts per minute for wire-cut products.

Moreover, it's also available in its monocolor configuration with the GEA Bake Depositor LC.

Imaginative recipes, shapes, and textures for your cookies

GEA Bake Depositor 2LC enables you to create your own cookies starting from a wide range of doughs, mixes, and fillings. Depending on the shape you desire for your new product, you can wire-cut or deposit the dough to mold your crunchy or fluffy cookies. Even the simplest biscuits will be delicious!

In addition, thanks to the co-extrusion process, you will also be able to create surprising filled biscuits with jam, cream, chocolate, and whatever! Lastly, you can use this depositor to shape bicolored products with different creative patterns: striped, marbled, checkered, the choice is yours.

Despite its compact size, the Bake Depositor 2LC offers high production capability: it is able to reach up to 50 strokes per minute for deposited products and 100 cuts per minute for wire-cut products.
