STIMULATION

TEAT CLEANING
We offer the most hygienic teat cleaning on the market. Each teat is cleaned individually with no shared cleaning cups or brushes.
FORESTRIPPING
GEA's sophisticated quality sensors minimize the amount of milk required for analysis so that you can maximize the amount of milk going into the tank.
MILK HARVEST
Monitoring milk flow and performing detachment by quarter helps prevent overmilking teat by teat and facilitates a complete milk-out on all four quarters.
POST DIPPING
Dip is applied directly to the teat and teat-end, not sprayed unevenly or in an area where it is not required, thus avoiding waste.
Every time a cow comes to the robot to be milked, her teats are cleaned, dried and well stimulated. All of the milking steps - including SCC monitoring - are done in the liner, and in the proper amount of time, so the cows can get back to eating and resting as soon as possible.
