Spray drying is one of the most common techniques for industrial drying and is used across many industries. Diverse products such as milk, ceramics, salts and food additives, as well as inorganic and organic chemicals like lithium, fertilizer and plastic polymers, are examples of the thousands of materials that are commonly spray dried.
