This solution combines a reliabledecontamination processbased on a hydrogen peroxide (H202) technology with acompact designandenhanced operational flexibility, which allows the handling of a wide range of bottle formats with varying sizes and shapes.

GEA developed a series ofcontinuous steam stretching machinesfor the efficient production ofpasta filata cheeses. The steam technology is more efficient to heat up the curd and reduces water consumption and wastewater treatment costs.

During Cibus Tec 2023, GEA will showcase the newContinuous Steam stretching machine Discovery Plus 2.0-L-1500-SM2C, which includes several new features that take the product to the next level.
