Dilim Yükleyici - GEA HorizontalBuffer
The GEA HorizontalBuffer has been designed to accumulate portions and to load them automatically onto a following processing system running either continuously or batching. It allows a compensation of the product re-loading time in the slicer.

Çalışma Prensibi
Porsiyonlar dilimleyiciden geldikten sonra bir dikey dağıtıcı içinde tampon seviyesine kadar biriktirilir.
Eğer biriktirme mümkün değilse (bantlar dolu veya boşaltma durumunda) dilimleyiciyi durduran bir sinyal gönderir. Makinenin çıkışında ikinci bir dikey dağıtıcı porsiyonları 3 seviyeden alarak yükleme hızını yükleme yapılacak bir sonraki sistemin ihtiyaçlarına göre senkronize eden yükleme konveyörüne aktarır. Hatalı porsiyonlar, üst düzeltme bandında manuel düzeltme yapılmak üzere reddedilir.

Together with Mona Neubaur, Minister of Economic Affairs of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, GEA CEO Stefan Klebert has opened a new technology center for pharmaceutical freeze-drying systems in Elsdorf, Germany. GEA employs approximately 260 people at the facility, which combines research and development with production and service under one roof.
