Las extrusoras, coextrusoras, hornos y sistemas de refrigeración de GEA garantizan la producción de galletas sencillas, decoradas, rellenas y en capas. Nuestros sistemas avanzados pueden manejar y procesar una amplia variedad de masas, mezclas y rellenos.
La maquinaria y las líneas de producción de GEA están diseñadas para una alta eficiencia, fiabilidad y sostenibilidad. La deposición de masas con el sistema de bomba lobular individual GEA garantiza que se deposite para cada galleta la cantidad exacta de mezcla, con el fin de producir productos perfectamente formados y reducir los residuos. Pueden realizarse ajustes en los parámetros funcionales con las máquinas activadas, reduciendo así el tiempo de inactividad.
Para producir galletas cortadas mediante alambre y depositar pastas delicadas en bandejas, ofrecemos un versátil depositador que puede manejar mezclas fluidas, densas y batidas, con o sin partículas.
Nuestro modelo de coextrusora puede depositar simultáneamente dos mezclas de masa distintas y un relleno fluido, tanto directamente sobre la banda del horno como sobre bandejas de horneado en una cinta transportadora.
El sistema especializado para galletas en capas procesa la colocación boca abajo, la deposición del relleno y la colocación de la tapa, optimizando la eficiencia y productividad.
Los hornos GEA garantizan el color perfecto y la textura deseada de cada galleta. Cuando funcionan en un estado continuo, nuestros hornos no requieren la presencia del operario, y nuestro grueso sistema de aislamiento, el más eficiente del mercado, ahorra energía y costes.
GEA ofrece sus ventajas adicionales para los clientes, además de experiencia en tecnología alimentaria y de procesos en sus dos Centros de Experiencia en Panadería (BEC) de Italia. Estos centros ayudan a los clientes a mejorar sus procesos para recetas existentes, y a desarrollar procesos para nuevas recetas y conceptos de panadería. Las recetas y los procesos son probados en una gama de equipos y tecnologías de panadería de GEA, con el fin de crear el proceso más eficiente y económico para conseguir productos de alta calidad. Los ingenieros de los centros BEC también prueban cada máquina GEA que sale de fábrica para su entrega en la planta del cliente.
