Corporate Governance
Have you seen or experienced non-compliant behavior? Do you have concerns about processes or behavior by employees or third parties? Then raise your voice and make a report via the GEA Whistleblower System.
Infringements of laws in a professional context and which are related to GEA Group AG or its affiliates, or GEA policy violations, i.e., corruption, fraud, violations of competition law, data security regulations, food and product safety requirements, or cases of (sexual) harassment and discrimination, and violations of human rights, environmental protection laws, or public health regulations.
Persons who report the above-mentioned incidents through the GEA Whistleblower System are acting as Whistleblowers and thus protected by GEA. The system enables anonymous reporting and informed colleagues, who are trained about confidentiality obligations, process incoming reports independently. No Whistleblower needs to fear negative consequences in a professional context for a report if it was made to the best of her or his knowledge and belief.
The GEA Whistleblower Hotline is available from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CET) at
+49 30 235987050
The Hotline is operated by Orth Kluth, an independent law firm based in Germany. A report can be submitted in English or German language. Information on data protection can be found in the document at the bottom of this page.
The GEA Whistleblower Tool is available in nine languages and accessible 24/7 from any Internet capable Device. The IT system is provided by an external provider and guarantees security for the informant. Please feel free to learn more about the Whistleblower Tool using the frequently asked questions below.

GEA Whistleblower System allows anonymous reports to be made. However, if a Whistleblower reveals their identity, we have the opportunity to get in touch with them. In this way, we can obtain valuable information that is important for further investigations. We protect the identity of Whistleblowers who contact us. Only authorized employees, i.e. employees who are involved in the processing of a Whistleblower report, have access to this information. They are obliged to keep the identity of Whistleblowers and of the persons named in the report secret as far as possible.
Moreover, no Whistleblower has to fear reprisals in a professional context as a consequence of a report, if it was made to the best of her or his knowledge.
The GEA Whistleblower System provides reporting channels for Whistleblowers in the form of the Whistleblower Tool and Whistleblower Hotline. Reports submitted should pertain to one of the above categories and must be made truthfully.
In principle, any identified or suspected violations of internal guidelines or relevant laws should first be reported internally via the GEA Whistleblower System, unless this is mandatory. This allows us to investigate internally whether a relevant violation has occurred and establish remedial measures in a timely manner. External bodies are involved if necessary and/or appropriate.
The Voice-Intake is a dedicated tool for the reporting of human rights violations. It offers 19 languages and is available from 56 international telephone numbers.
