GEA V-Packer LC-Doser for bulk packaging system
Machine specifically developed for long cut pasta catering size packages.
The packaging group is mainly composed of:
• The GEA V-Packer weighing doser, which features a single product feeding point with independent initial and final weight vibrating chutes and a pair of strain-gauge loading cells;
• The doser, which is combined with the GEA V-Packer packaging machine, which can pack 3 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg bags of long cut pasta. The GEA V-Packer can be equipped with interchangeable hot bar sealing jaws and/or heat impulse sealing jaws, depending on the type of film that it is being used. The jaws can be designed in order to produce bags with or without handle, ensuring high customization of the bag and easy handling for the final consumer.
Machine Performance (Referred to 5 kg bags of Spaghetti 1.7 mm diameter, length 260 mm).
