Only with GEA’s automated milking systems, you benefit from one and done teat cup attachment. GEA’s milking robot needs only a few arm movements and the MilkRack noiselessly glides into place, continuously following the udder’s movements. The whole milking process – from stimulation and teat cleaning or optional pre-dipping to forestripping and milking all the way to dipping – everything takes place hygienically safe inside the teat cup. Milking with the In-Liner Everything technology is not only animal-friendly and hassle-free, but is also your key to excellent milk quality and high energy efficiency.
Optimize your milk production in terms of sustainability. With the Edition 2021 you can lower operating costs and minimize environmental impact. The latest innovation in the In-Liner Everything milking process plays a decisive role here: We’re revolutionizing intermediate cluster disinfection!
Cluster washing, clever and less harmful to the environment
You want to prevent cross contamination, milk more cows at the same time and protect the environment? You now can dip and clean the cluster in one work step. That’s clever: While GEA’s best quality dipping agents carefully cover the teat, the liners are coated simultaneously.
In the following step, the camera and the teat cups are cleaned. Thus, in half the time, the milking cluster is ready for the next attaching. Aside from the important factor box time, you also save supplies, because the combined process works without the need for peracetic acid.
