Discover our new Orbital Cleaner OC 200. This innovation combines all the key equipment options for highly powerful orbital cleaners in a single, modular cleaner model.
Three different nozzle carriers are available to meet every requirement regarding insertion openings, dwell times, cycle times and flow rate.
Eight nozzle diameters can be selected to optimize flow rate, cycle time and spray projection for higher cleaning intensity or longer sprays in very large tanks.
Small changes, big impact
In a recent upgrade project to equip the fermentation tanks of a brewery with optimally adequate cleaners instead of the previously installed spray balls, we were able to reduce the flow rate from more than 50,000 L to just a little over 9,000 L per 10-minute cleaning cycle.
Using modular OC200 orbital cleaners with 3 x 12 mm nozzles also improved the impact cleaning power, ensuring that all areas of the tank benefit from direct-impact cleaning and will not rely on water rundown.
