GEA at Anuga FoodTec 2024
Meet us in Hall 5.1 / Booth C010 D029
In today's industrial landscape, challenges like raw material shortages, escalating energy costs, and climate change demand innovative solutions. Manufacturers face a critical need to reconsider their strategies for designing production processes that are both future-proof and resource-efficient. The aim is to enhance product quality and output while reducing energy and water usage. At GEA, we stand at the forefront of this global initiative.
The food industry is under pressure to transform, facing the major global challenges of food insecurity, environmental damage and climate change. To resolve these issues, innovative food technology is the master key.
Together with the startup-scouting company prototype.club, GEA is running the open innovation challenge “Paving the way to zero-water in the dairy industry” with the support of the German Agricultural Society (DLG).
New drive technology, new business philosophy, new intelligence: the innovative solutions presented at Anuga FoodTec 2024 will center on the water and energy consumed by a key technology for dairies – separators.
GEA introduces NiSoMate, a sensor-based technology for product control during the homogenization process. Liquids are continuously analyzed inline for their consistency and quality in real time.
