Since 2007, Maïté Bauduin has been an integral part of GEA Belgium, specializing in Flow Components and homogenizers. As a self-made woman in a technical sales role, she has faced challenges. Christopher Neuhaus, who has been Head of Offer & Order Management at GEA Hilge in Bodenheim for the last three years, gives us an insight into his day-to-day work, which is both challenging and motivating. His career path, which began at a brewery, took him to the mechanical engineering sector, the food and beverage industry, and, ultimately, to GEA, where he has been making his mark on the field of offer and order management for hygienic pumps since 2016.
