概要
この GEA Scan-Vibro振動 テーブルは開放型設計でも閉鎖型設計でも利用可能であり、衛生的環境の要求事項を満たして設計することもできます。この振動テーブルの操作対象は通常、さまざまな周波数で、種々雑多な材料の空気の圧縮/除去、鋳物砂などの振るい落とし作業を始めとして、カートンや缶を振動させることによる包装サイズの削減、および包装、テスト前の電子機器などのコンポーネントを入れた袋や大袋をパレット上で振動させて安定化させる操作です。

- この機器は、1つまたは複数の駆動装置を搭載したテーブルの天板と固定フレームで構成されています
- このテーブルの天板と支持フレームはステンレス鋼で製造されています。AISI 304またはFe360
- 連続運転を考慮した設計 - 定期点検も潤滑も一切不要 = メンテナンスはごくわずか

GEA reports profitable growth for 2025 and expects accelerated revenue growth
GEA’s past fiscal year was one of significant growth and further profitability gains. In particular, the technology group substantially increased order intake, with all divisions contributing here.
