作動原理
1 人前の分量は、スライサから到着した後、垂直分配器に到着し、空のバッファレベルの方に向けられ、そのレベルに蓄積されます。
蓄積できない場合 (ベルトの状態がフルまたは除荷の場合) は、信号により、スライサによる切断が停止されます。当機器の送り出し端で、第 2 の垂直分配器が 3 つのレベルから 1 人前の分量を継承して積み込み用コンベヤの方に導き、積み込み対象の次のシステムのニーズに合わせて積み込み速度の同期を実行します。1 人前の分量が不正確な場合は、手動で補正が行えるように、上側の補正用コンベヤで拒否されます。
