GEA FreshPasta Former 1 T540 从前一台机器接收面片，并将厚度减小到所需的尺寸。模具将按选定的形状切割面片，每次切割时喂入馅料。一个由滚花辊和叉手组成的系统将根据所需形状闭合产品。
