GEA V-PACKER IM-IV

The GEA V-Packer IM-IV is a vertical packaging machine featuring variable and adjustable inclination which makes it suitable for handling particularly fragile products such as nests and jumbo pasta shells as well as bakery products.

The new V-Packer IM-IV is extremely versatile in terms of types of packages and packaging process: it’s designed for pillow, pillow with gussets, square bottom, 4-seal square bottom and with the adjustable inclination of the sealing core and conveyor belts, allows the product to slide smoothly through the various steps, avoiding breakage and dust.

To support the food industry towards a more sustainable packaging, the V-Packer series is equipped with dedicated sealing jaws that allows to pack with paper-based film, in addition to laminated plastic film.
