頻繁な製品転換用途と少量バッチ生産工程を想定した GEA Aerobloc 充填システム Fresh は、PET 容器と HDPE 容器を使用した低～中速アウトプット向けに設計されています。
GEA Aerobloc Fresh は Fillstar DX Aero 充填モジュールで構成されています。このモジュールは、製品と容器の素材の具体的な要件に応じて、次のようなさまざまなモジュールを装備することができます。
- フィルターに直接接続されている PET 延伸ブロー成型ユニット
- スタンドアロン仕様のエアリンサーモジュール
- HDPE 容器用ネックトリマー
製品充填は、わずかな過圧状態を維持するための無菌空気のトップダウン層流を特長とする衛生的なキャビン内で行われます。これにより環境の清浄性と防護性を確保します。
液体乳製品市場のさまざまな要求に応えるために、GEA Fillstar DX Aero 充填モジュールにロードセル（重量充填）または流量計（容積式充填）を搭載することができます。
効率的な回収システムにより、製品サイクル開始時、生産終了時、および製品転換時の製品廃棄量が最小限に抑えられます。
GEA Aerobloc Fresh は製品と容器形態の迅速な転換に適しており、お客様による洗浄液利用の統一、またはコンパクトレイアウトに統合された埋め込み型洗浄プロセスユニットの導入のいずれかが可能です。
