The GEA H-Packer SI is an intermittent motion packaging machine for long cut pasta and special products in pillow type bags.
• Single doser consisting of a weighing unit and a volumetric finishing system to reach the final weight; adjustable feeding channel, which enables the handling of various long cut pasta formats;
• Horizontal packaging machine managed through PLC.
Efficiency is ensured by the possibility to design the machine with a double sealing system with hot bar and heat impulse (depending if laminated or polyethylene film), guaranteeing a minimum percentage of rejected packs. The machine can handle rough and difficult flowing products, thanks to mechanical and pneumatic motion.
The GEA H-Packer SI features high-quality materials which sharply decrease parts’ wear and consequently maintenance time. The film reels located underneath allow easy replacement. Its parameters are easily managed thanks to the operator interface touchscreen type color panel for memorization, control and self-diagnostic of the operation parameters.
• Packaging speed: up to 60 bags per minute.
