When developing GEA Signature Chicken, we compared a traditional tumble-cook process with an inject-tumble-cook process. Initial customer trials and in-house comparative tests of the process have reported yield increases of up to 10%. The GEA MultiJector reports a 3-6%* increase in yield, while GEA’s CookStar GEN 3 oven maximizes yields up to a further 3-5%*.
