热法夸克工艺
最优的夸克生产技术 – 安全回收，产量更高，且保质期更长热法夸克工艺几乎可将乳清蛋白全部转移到夸克中，因此产量可以提高大约 10%。对凝乳进行额外的热处理也可以将保质期延长到 30 天。与标准工艺相比，热法夸克工艺要对未酸化和酸化的大桶装牛奶进行不同温度/时间的处理。
这样，可将脱脂牛奶中大部分有营养价值的乳清蛋白凝固成酪蛋白，并转移到夸克中。
