干燥工艺
干燥空气通过空气分布器进入到干燥塔腔室顶部，该空气分布器的设计让干燥空气在干燥塔腔室内以垂直可控速度慢慢向下流动。产品通过一组放置于空气分布器下方的喷嘴雾化。这可以保证颗粒在通过干燥塔腔室的过程中温和干燥。此设计保证了粉末颗粒在腔室中较长的停留时间。
干燥空气通过扩大锥形构造的“环状风管”从干燥塔腔室排出。最小的细粉颗粒在 SANICIP™ 布袋过滤器中分离出来，这些细粉可返回至喷嘴进行再次聚或直接送到自动冷却和输送系统。在产品排放到输送系统进行装袋前，可在干燥塔锥部引入冷空气来进行产品预冷。
NOZZLE TOWER™ 还可以应用于配备喷射式喷嘴的逆流方式，适用于化工行业的重物料。
