功能
垂直立管配有可使洗涤液与废气密切接触的配件。配件的选择取决于净化任务和废气的成分。
废气与洗涤液通过逆流的净气塔。这样，待净化的废气从塔的下端进入塔的侧面，并到达塔的上端。洗涤液分布在整个管道的横截面，并在塔内向下流，并收集到一个容器中。
如果采用物理吸收方法，洗涤液会沿着一条路径通过塔的管道。如果采用化学吸收方法，洗涤液会在离心泵中循环。产生的废水在容器中通过溢流或通过液面控制泵进行分离。
逆流结构可以最大程度地利用废气与洗涤液之间的浓度差，这是吸收的重要动力因素。塔高是实现最大净化效果的要素。
塔型的命名取决于塔内部的种类。区别有：
- 填充床塔
- 填充塔
- 板式塔
- 喷雾塔
根据要求，每个塔型可与任何 GEA 净气机类型结合使用。
