喂料和挤压
带面团料位传感器的不锈钢和面槽。该过程在低温真空下进行。由于搅拌桨的缓慢旋转，面筋网络不会受到机械应力，产品保持出色的弹性。
分配挂杆机
单排或多排分配挂杆机，挂杆的长度为1500、2000或2500mm。所有版本都包括一个收集废料并将其重新引入和面机的装置。
预烘干机
预烘干机可以清除意面最外层的水分，并为随后的烘干阶段准备产品。
TAS HP烘干机
机器的每个部分均配有通风装置、热交换器和排气站，以确保在烘干机的每个位置进行精确的温度和湿度控制。
冷却机
在包装阶段之前，它可以降低意面的温度。可以从两侧进入，以方便维护操作。
脱杆切断装置
该设备将意面从挂杆上剥离，然后切成所需的长度。
