与批次式和面系统结合使用时，面团会自动翻倒到螺旋输送罐上。
挤压螺杆在低速（25rpm）下工作，可确保对产品进行温和的加工，从而获得更高品质的意大利面。由于模具可自动更换，意大利面的形状可以快速切换。和面槽的弧形形状，旨在减少产品残留并方便整体维护。
