通风系统由采用氟利昂/糖酵解水热交换器和通风机组成，通风机由变频器控制以进行空气冷却（6米长的型号有2个通风系统）。
为了简化清洗过程，机器采用不锈钢结构和冲洗坡道，以减少清洗时间。有铰链的可打开侧板便于操作。整个结构的设计保证了较高的可及性，并简化了清洗操作，避免了产品残留。
气流获得优化，确保整个螺旋长度上的温度相等。
可以使用弯曲度较少的皮带，以减少螺旋形足迹。
