2-Phasen-Trenndekanter
Der 2-Phasen-Trenndekanter ist eine Zentrifuge, in der die geklärte und getrennte Ölphase frei auf der Flüssigkeitsseite des Dekanters austritt, während die schwere Flüssigkeitsphase (Wasser) den Dekanter zusammen mit den Feststoffen verlässt.
3-Phasen-Trenndekanter
Der 3-Phasen-Trenndekanter trennt zwei sich chemisch nicht mischende Flüssigkeiten voneinander. Die Trennung erfolgt mit Hilfe des Dichteunterschiedes der zwei flüssigen Phasen. Gleichzeitig werden die Feststoffe abgeschieden und ausgetragen. Alle drei Phasen werden getrennt voneinander aus dem Dekanter geführt.
Dekanterzentrifugen
Sobald der Feststoffgehalt in der zu verarbeitenden Suspension besonders hoch ist, schlägt die Stunde der Dekanter. Sie sorgen für hohe Klärleistung und höchstmögliche Entwässerung oder trennen zwei Flüssigkeiten bei gleichzeitiger Abscheidung der Feststoffe.
