Aron, what do you enjoy the most about your job?
“That there’s something new every day! We have a whole array of valves for aseptic food and pharaceuticals processing. And we are not afraid to design customized solutions. I get a real kick out of developing just the right solution with the customers and looking into how we can make our product even better.”
You already hinted that your work revolves around aseptic food production. Can you expand on this a little and explain what you do?
“I manage the team in Kirchberg that specializes in designing aseptic valves. Our components ensure that the products live up to the highest safety and hygiene standards in order that people all over the world can benefit from them. And it’s important that the quality is right from the outset, in other words when we are at the drawing board. In this respect, I am especially proud of my team who always find the right solution for the customer. And for me, my team approaches things with joy and passion is simply the best.”
