Sustainability is at the foundation of our Mission 30 strategy. With this approach, we aim to achieve our financial targets while making a positive impact on society and the planet.
The core objective of Mission 30 is to achieve a sustainable positive impact. This involves all dimensions of sustainability: We develop innovations that benefit our customers, society and the planet and which help us on our way to achieve net-zero emissions by 2040. At the same time, we are strengthening our global social commitment and donating one percent of our net profit to charitable causes every year. In addition, we create an environment for our employees where they can develop their potential in the best possible way. Our sustainability strategy aligns with the core objectives defined in Mission 30:
Responsible innovation – Resilient operations and communities – Thriving employees
