We are seeking an individual with ideally significant years of experience in consulting or closely related sectors. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of GEA Group as you lead vital projects that intersect with key departments such as supply chain, production, and digitalization.

 

In this role, you are more than a Project Manager; you are the strategic imperative, the connective tissue between vision and execution. You will harness your international project management prowess to thrive in a dynamic, multifaceted environment. Your agile and entrepreneurial spirit will be the key to navigating the challenges posed by a global landscape, ensuring that every project not only aligns with our strategic aims but also contributes to setting us apart from the competition.

Your tasks

  • The Project Manager CEO Office is a strategic project manager, who is responsible for managing projects and strategic initiatives and driving them to success. You will have full responsibility for the projects defined by the CEO from initial definition through to implementation, including cost and project goals.

  • These projects will be carried out at the intersection with other departments, e.g., supply chain strategy, production strategy and / or software and digitalization cross-functional topics.

  • You are in cross-functional collaboration with the business, including sales, marketing, finance, sustainability and logistics and work with interdisciplinary teams of local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Your profile and qualifications:

  • A professional, ideally with international experience in managing complex projects in a technical and international environment; preferably with additional experience beyond project management

  • Excellent master’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field

  • At least three years of relevant work experience - ideally in consulting or in a similar industry to GEA Group

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead in a complex and fast-paced environment

  • High affinity and interest in technical processes and solutions

  • Willingness to travel internationally and to take the next career step within the next 2-4 years
