We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our finance team in Izmir, contributing to our financial health and supporting key decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct the financial control and planning functions of the company.
Oversee and submit monthly closing reports in compliance with company standards.
Prepare and present IFRS financial statements on a monthly basis.
Perform calculations for Percentage of Completion (PoC) statements.
Prepare internal margin analysis reports to support business strategies.
Handle IFRS 16 data preparation and submission.
Support the Finance Director in the budgeting process.
Produce ad hoc reports as requested by the Head Office and internal management teams.
Monitor bank guarantees and ensure their compliance.
Follow up on sales contracts and related financial implications.
Your Profile:
Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 5-6 years of experience in auditing or finance/controlling, preferably in international companies.
Strong experience in financial reporting, feasibility analysis, and IFRS standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent changes in the work environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
