Your responsibilities and tasks:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter (f/m/d) for deployment in Berlin.

Your tasks include:

  • Full responsibility for driving the whole recruitment process and hiring decision (KPI driven)

  • Consult and partner with HR BP and HR CoE 

  • Consult and challenge the hiring manager to ensure candidate quality as well as appropriate time to fill

  • Act as face to the candidate - accompany candidates through the entire recruiting process and create an excellent candidate and hiring manager journey

  • Manage and perform all recruiting process related activities:

  • Steer the briefing call with hiring manager and clarify all open questions to start selection process in the most efficient way

  • Create appealing job postings 

  • Steer local recruitment strategy

  • Manage all aspects of the selection including pre-screening (phone screening if applicable), interview talents, provide appropriate shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring manager and manage the offers

  • Set clear expectations for candidates and interviewers

  • Perform Active Sourcing activities, where applicable

  • Collaborate with and steer external partners if needed

  • Keep track and act according to the own recruitment KPIs, use data to assess and measure candidate funnel and recruiting performance 

  • Execution of local employer branding activities (e.g., representing GEA on career fairs, collaboration with key universities)

  • Establish and maintain talent pool  

Support continuous improvement

  • Support alignment with Procurement/ Legal team for contract with agencies

  • Collaborate with HR CoE to evaluate effective Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition measures to attract candidates and fill vacancies

  • Challenge the business and HR CoE team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies 

Your profile and qualifications:

  • Ideally Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equal level of acting) with any discipline of HR, Management & International Business, or similar relevant background of study or experience

  • Experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition

  • Experience in Active Sourcing is a plus

  • Experience and confidence in sparring managers

  • Strong communication skills with a service and customer-oriented mindset

  • High degree of networking skills and ability to build a trustful relationship

  • Successfully worked in a virtual team

  • Result-oriented working method characterized by fulfilling hiring expectations of the customer via high service quality

  • Ideally experiences with Workday Recruitment

  • Local language (fluent), English (proficient) - master well both in written and spoken communication
