💡 Be a Technical Expert: Leverage your understanding of machine design, technical drawings, and specifications to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
🚀 Enhance Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement in repair and parts processes, driving operational excellence and contributing to service optimization.

Your profile and qualifications:
Associates Degree in Engineering or any related technological science, preferably in the field of Mechanical or applicable process engineering.
- Associate degree acceptable with relevant a minimum of 5 years experience.
- International Experience desired.
- Project Management Professional preferred
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- 3+ years’ experience in separators, centrifuge repair and/or process design.
- Supervisory experience and demonstrated success in one or more service-related positions desired.
- Ability to convey knowledge to a team in training and mentoring new team members.
- Experience in invoicing and billing.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in SAP.
- Ability to read and decipher complex technical drawings, machine descriptions or processes to assist Team in communicating with external/internal customers
- Project Management
- Proven understanding of the principals of calculus and advanced mathematics for design, analysis and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Takes ownership.
- Empowered with high expectations to deliver consistent excellence to our customers, both internal and external.
- Committed to work as a team to deliver consistent results.
- Works with other departments (purchasing, logistics, accounting, sales, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
- Desired working hours: 8:30AM until 5:00PM. Weekly hybrid office schedule, subject to change
