An unserem Standort in Oelde suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Human Resources.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

Sie begleiten aktiv das Bewerbermanagement für Praktikanten und Aushilfen
Unterstützung des lokalen HR-Teams bei personalwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
Unterstützung beim Rollout und Monitoring des Entwicklungsprozesses
Koordination und Organisation maßgeschneiderter Schulungen direkt vor Ort
Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben (z. B. Bearbeitung von Rechnungen, Koordination von Terminen, Buchung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen)

Your profile and qualifications:

Aktuell befinden Sie sich im Studium der Richtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbar
Idealerweise können Sie erste Erfahrungen in der modernen Personalarbeit auf Grundlage von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten vorweisen
Sie besitzen Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung und verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office setzen wir voraus
