Homogenizers Industrial
One Series can meet any production request for small and medium productions. They offer a simple design construction, complete with all the options needed to be easily integrated into the system, as ready-to-use and low maintenance units.
One Series homogenizers are the ideal solution for small and medium production plant (from 300 to 10.000 l/h) up to 250 bar of pressure. The high efficient valve allows reduced energy consumption and it guarantees an excellent qualitative standard which, together with the simplicity of the components, constitute the strong points of these homogenizers at three pistons.
The easiness, both in terms of design and use, and the easy maintenance make One homogenizers reliable and versatile, able to meet different productive needs of the Dairy, Food and Beverage Industries: eggs, milk, yogurt and ice-cream and fruit juices.
It may surprise you how many products need homogenization in their manufacturing process to make them more compatible with your daily life. Stabilization and a longer shelf life have always been among the highest priorities in many different processing industries but, especially nowadays, as lifestyles continue to change rapidly, they are becoming more and more valued.

Available in five models, One Series homogenizers can satisfy any kind of flow rate requests offering different advantages on the product:
When plant-forward South Korean food producer Pulmuone brought GEA the challenge of developing a modern spin on the traditional chewy cold (naengmyeon) noodle, GEA’s R&D experts were up to the challenge. They helped develop what is now a commercial hit produced with less water and electricity than previously existing methods. The result is also true to the traditional origins of the dish as well as Pulmuone’s health, well-being and sustainability roots.
GEA's innovative process marks a milestone in the pretreatment of biofuels such as hydro-treated vegetable oil and sustainable aviation fuel. By eliminating the bleaching process, manufacturers benefit from significant savings potential: over 50% lower operating costs and up to 12% less CO2 emissions.
