In fact, we’ve taken a new approach to traditional mixing. By introducing a high shear mixer, maximum use can be made of the applied energy. And, with the powder introduction point situated below the liquid surface in the vessel, instant ingredient wetting is achieved, which results is very short mixing times and high levels of process flexibility.
Available for use in a range of industries, from food, beverage and dairy to personal care, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, GEA offers a high shear batch mixer and a high shear inline mixer.

GEA INLINE FORMULA® Powder Dissolver
The GEA INLINE FORMULA® Powder Dissolver offers high shear powder dissolving with a low footprint. Typical applications include dissolving of starch and stabilizers, recombined milk, milk and plant-based beverages, pre-mixers such as yogurt, desserts and ice cream, sugar and brine solutions.
GEA INLINE FORMULA® SOL High Shear Mixer
The GEA INLINE FORMULA® SOL High Shear Mixer is versatile, hygienic and also suitable for multipurpose manufacturing. Typical applications of this mixer include low viscosity products such as juice, soft drinks, liquid food and recombined milk products.
GEA MIXING FORMULA® High Shear Test Mixers
We offer our customers in the food, beverage, dairy and HPC industries, the opportunity to trial their products before scaling up production. Our high shear test mixers are also available for rental.
