The small-scale BATCH FORMULA® PRO High Shear Test Mixer 100L is a cost-efficient option to trial and develop a formulation prior to investing in a standard, full-scale BATCH FORMULA® PRO High Shear Mixer. Tests can be done to prepare recipes and clarify important process parameters such as temperature profiles and production times, which expedites scale-up and process development.

The BATCH FORMULA® PRO High Shear Test Mixer 500L is a cost-efficient option to test and develop recipes and processes prior to investing in a standard, full-scale BATCH FORMULA® PRO High Shear Mixer. It also provides customers with the opportunity to reduce batch cycle times, improve product homogeneity, increase shelf-life and reduce the time-to-market for new products. Fully equipped with direct steam, flash cooling, flow control on all important processes, recipe control, high pressure/vacuum, temperature and process control enables processing of a wide range of products.
Customers can choose to test the 500L test mixer and solutions at our test facility in Germany.
Our GEA INLINE FORMULA® SOL High Shear Test Mixer 750L is often the preferred choice for continuous mixing solutions when high product output is required. Introduction of high volumes of powder with a steady liquid flow to create fully wetted low viscosity products is the core of the technology. Installed with both an external and an internal recirculation loop the full potential of the INLINE FORMULA® mixing technology can be tested.
