These new dips are freshly blended on-farm from concentrates and skin conditioning packages which have been formulated specifically for use with GEA’s Teat Dip Blending Systems. Choose from the industry’s most popular active ingredients for pre-, post-, and pre/post dipping, spraying, and foaming applications. These teat dip packages have been formulated with versatility in mind, to afford “on-the-fly” changes based on climate and the herd environment. GEA "Plus" Concentrate Teat Dips

Teat-Kote® Plus Iodine Pre & Post Milking Teat Dip from Concentrate

Teat-Kote Plus is an Iodine teat dip system that allows for adjustability in germicidal strength (0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75% and 1.0% Iodine) and flexibility in skin conditioning levels (0.5%, 2%, 5%, 10% and 15%) to accommodate changes in weather, udder health status, and herd environment throughout the year. Teat-Kote Plus is a highly effective product for dip, spray, or foaming teat dip applications.

Versatile product blending 
Create a customized teat dip package by selecting from 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%, or 1% Iodine, and combining with a skin conditioning package that can range from 0.5-15%.

Superior skin conditioning
Easily tailor the percentage of skin conditioners in your teat dip based on teat condition appearance or season utilizing either GEA’s System III (Glycerin with additional Aloe and Vitamin E) or System V (Lanolin, Propylene glycol, Glycerin, Allantoin, and Aloe) skin conditioning packages.

Effective killing power of Iodine
Designed to deliver effective environmental and contagious mastitis protection in both pre and post teat dipping applications with the tried and true “gold standard” sanitizing capabilities of Iodine.

Controlled pH
Provides superior antimicrobial activity without irritation to cows’ teats.

Dark brown color
Good staining qualities to provide visual confirmation that teats have been dipped or sprayed properly.

Velocity™ Plus Pre & Post Milking Non-Iodine Teat Dip from Concentrate

Velocity Plus is a four-part Chlorine dioxide teat dip system that allows for adjustability in germicidal strength (800, 1,000 and 1,200 ppm) and flexibility in skin conditioning levels (1%, 5%, 10% and 15%) to accommodate changes in weather, udder health status, and herd environment throughout the year. Velocity Plus is a highly effective product for dip, spray or foaming applications.

Versatile product blending
The ability to customize a teat dip package just for your farm, with the flexibility to make changes when needed throughout the year, allows you to optimize your costs while best supporting teat and udder health.

Teat condition benefits
When Velocity Plus is used as a post dip, it is an excellent skin exfoliator and conditioner, ideal for diminishing hyperkeratosis, protecting teats from weather-related chapping, and overall reducing the risk of skin related mastitis. This concentrate system utilizes GEA’s System III conditioning package, which is a three-way skin conditioning system that is formulated for use with Chlorine dioxide teat dips. 

Extensively tested
Velocity Plus has been proven to be efficacious as a pre- and post-dip using germicidal activity tests against contagious and environmental mastitis pathogens. Additionally, teat-end condition was monitored and scored on both commercial and University herds. The product has proven to be effective for mastitis prevention, and preserves overall teat health and condition.

Velocity Plus has a vibrant green color that provides visible confirmation that teats have been dipped properly.

Pre- and post-teat dip can be dipped, sprayed, or foamed on teats.

OxyCide® Plus Pre Milking Non-Iodine Teat Dip from Concentrate

OxyCide Plus, a 1% Hydrogen peroxide with 5% Glycerin, is blended on-farm from a three part system. OxyCide Plus is a quick killing, highly efficacious product for pre-milking procedures utilizing dip, spray or foaming teat dip applications.

Fast, broad-spectrum germicidal kill
1% Hydrogen peroxide formula results in a 15-second kill time, effective against key mastitis-causing organisms, such as E. coli and Strep uberis. 

More visible, highly viscous formula 
OxyCide Plus has a vibrant yellow color that provides visible confirmation that the teats have been dipped properly yet is easily removed during pre-milking procedures. When used as a foam, it provides additional, highly visible confirmation of teat dip application. OxyCide Plus has a unique, slow-drying formula that also contains increased viscosity, when compared to other Hydrogen peroxide formulas, optimally adhering to the teat for better cleaning and a more effective germicidal kill.

Promotes teat skin conditioning
Proprietary formula includes 5% Glycerin to prevent skin irritation. Also contains Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), an antioxidant used in many cosmetics, which can aid in skin healing and conditioning.

Unbuffered low pH
Helps enhance the germicidal activity of the product and adjusts to the pH of the skin on contact.

Versatile application
User friendly and versatile with dip, spray or foaming capabilities.

Residue safe 
OxyCide Plus does not pose a contamination threat to the milk supply. Phosphate free.
