2025 Bacon Educational Sessions

Frisco, Texas Technology Center for Food Processing and Packaging

We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting two educational programs focused on bacon processing in 2025. Offered in May and September (click on the links to view the agendas), each half-day session will focus on the processes and equipment required to produce a premium bacon product. Included are in-depth discussions and demonstrations on marination, smoking and slicing. 

The complimentary programs will be conducted at our state-of-the-art Technology Center located just outside Dallas, Texas. Our goal in establishing this Center and offering these types of programs is to partner with our customers. We want to work with you to improve your operational and financial performance in terms of productivity, yield, quality and cost-effectiveness.
