The GEA Microwave Pasteurizer revolutionizes the pasteurization process with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Unlike traditional steam pasteurization, which disperses energy across the chamber (with around 64% of energy lost in the form of steam), the microwave technology directly targets the product, ensuring more efficient energy use.
