GEA MultiFormer is our most versatile and flexible plate former, designed to add appeal to food by forming red meat, pork, poultry, fish and seafood, cheese, vegetables and plant-based products into virtually any shape.
Plate forming made user-friendly with the GEA MultiFormer, which utilizes air and water to shape food products effectively. The forming machine's straightforward design allows for high production capacities, while the programmable PLC optimizes the forming cycle for each specific product. The MultiFormer also offers easily interchangeable forming plates, ensuring quick product changeover times.
Plate forming with the GEA MultiFormer makes producing rectangular, round, triangular, irregular and novelty shapes with a flat or 3D appearance possible. Main product applications include red meat, poultry, fish and seafood, vegetables, potato, and plant-based products.

GEA MultiFormer - Knock-Out System
With patented GEA E-knockout and Varioseal the release of products is excellent by the combination of gravity, air pulse and water. It saves up to 80% in water usage and changing a knockout is really fast and connecting takes only one minute. The knockout concept is also easy to clean from the outside and entirely made in stainless steel for a great hygienic design.
