Encouraged to follow his curiosity and love for technology ever since he grew up, Ivan Liu started his career as an engineer striving to find better food and beverage processing solutions.

Now, being Head of Beverage Technology in China, he aims to give back to his mother: As many people in China, she favors soy drinks rich in protein, free from lactose and cholesterol. In spite of being the most traditional plant protein drink in China, the soy products widely available on the street markets often are of lower quality.
