Nutrition Plant Engineering delivers integrated processing equipment and complete plants for the dairy, food, new food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and home & personal care industries. The portfolio includes brewing systems, liquid processing, aseptic and non-aseptic filling & packaging, concentration, fermentation, crystallization, purification, drying, powder handling & packaging, systems for carbon capture and emission control as well as advanced heating and cooling technologies.
Combining in-house process expertise with heating and cooling capabilities, GEA provides holistic engineering solutions for energy efficient, resource-saving and reliable production processes. Pharma & Food Applications Division

Pharma & Food Applications delivers equipment and complete plants for processing solid dosage forms, including highly potent drugs, in both batch and continuous operations. The portfolio also includes advanced freeze-drying technology for liquid products such as vaccines.
For food processing, GEA offers solutions for the preparation, marination and further processing of meat, poultry, seafood and plant-based products. The portfolio also includes processing lines for pasta, baked goods, snacks, breakfast cereals, confectionery and pet food, as well as equipment for slicing and packaging of food.
Farm Technologies Division
