Twice the cutting power
The GEA CutMaster DUO is one of the most powerful cutters of all time and sets new standards for the meat processing industry. Equipped with two independently driven knife heads the CutMaster DUO demonstrates its strength in the super-fast production of high quality dry fermented sausage products like salami.
The GEA CutMaster DUO is the specialist in raw sausage production. Two independent TopCut knife heads process all types of materials with maximum care and precision. Meat is cut, mixed and uniformly distributed extremely fast - with exceptionally quiet operation even at the highest speed. That enables an equal structure with clear cut view and lowest temperature increase - as fast as possible. Whenever you need the best salami, the GEA CutMaster DUO provides rapid throughput and turnover.
The GEA CutMaster DUO ensures perfect cutting appearance and is ideal for fermented products like salami and dry fermented sausages.
Technology know-how you can count on
Total flexibility in production
Without losing focus on quality of the end product
Versatile, Safe and Hygienic. That's what the pre-balanced TopCut knife system from GEA stands for. Various knife head configurations with different knife shapes and variable cutting speeds enables the perfect set up for every application. By reducing the weight of around 50% and implementing magnetic handling supports, the risk of injuries by the operator is tremendously reduced. Less loose parts make cleaning much easier and faster.
The GEA CutMaster DUO has an optimized cutting area designed for raw sausage. The flat bowl with a bigger diameter and the use of two independent knife shaft drive systems enables fastest process times. Combined with the special knives for raw sausage, minimal mechanical stress of the product gets achieved. Generating as less heat as possible to avoid smearing on the one hand and achieve the required degree of fineness on the other hand - as fast as possible - is what the DUO is made for.

Using our buffering and belt transport equipment to distribute the emulsion or premix means the product can be transported to the next stage in the process by simply pressing a button. Our transport systems also eliminate the need for manual handling and for storing trolleys in the preparation area, which saves on time and space, and helps to reduce delays.
GEA supplies complete preparation systems for processed meat, poultry, fish, meat alternative and other products. Because we understand your processes, we can configure fully automated production lines that will help you to achieve your key goals of processing consistently high-quality products, with full traceability, and reduced labor costs.
This robust industrial food grinding equipment is equally suitable for coarse and fine grinding of fresh and frozen meat. GEA PowerGrind is known for its modularity, hygienic design and reliable performance in food grinding.
