Electromix Agitator

The Electromix Agitator is the perfect agitation device to homogenize manure from your reception pit. It mixes the solids with liquid in order to maximize pumping. Match your pit depth with a choice of eight agitator lengths or with the double propeller agitator if you have an even deeper pit.

  • Belt driven agitator.
  • Available motors: 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 or 40 HP (5.5, 7.5, 11, 15, 18.5, 22 or 30 kW).
  • Drive shaft with an anti-vibration bearing.
  • 20" (508 mm) or 24" (610 mm) propeller.
  • Propeller knifes to cut fibrous material.
  • Conical receptacle offering a strong and stable anchor point for the agitator.
  • Available for pit depths from 6 to 20 feet
  • Optional propeller guard with adjustable attachment to provide protection against splashes.

Typical Application

Used to mix solid manure with liquid to obtain slurry manure in order to have it homogenized at transfer time. Must be used with the Electromix pump.

Double Propeller for Electromix Agitator

Used in a deeper pit where the volume of the manure contained remains constant. The minimum level of manure needs to be maintained over 6 feet (1.8 m).
