Hygienic USDA 3-A-compliant powder sifters
We’ve used our extensive powder process expertise spanning different industries to develop a range of sifting systems that meet the strictest hygiene requirements in the food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries. We offer sanitary sifters that comply with USDA 3-A, NZFSA and EHEDG requirements, and can configure “open” and “closed” options that are easy to operate, inspect and maintain.
Built with a focus on flexibility and end product quality, our Scan-Vibro sifters can be supplied with various screen types for handing a wide range of products. We offer both gravity fed systems and inline versions that directly feed into pneumatic conveying lines. Whatever your food or dairy powder application, from classifying, scalping or de-lumping, our sifters are designed to be cost-effective, safe and robust.
Features that support trouble-free operation including screen fastenings that can be removed without tools. This feature makes it relatively simple to change between screens with different mesh sizes when it’s time to swap between product types or processes on the same sifter.
Low energy consumption and lubrication-free motors allow for energy-efficient operation, prolonged production cycles and less frequent maintenance stops. This all helps to reduce overall operating costs, especially during continuous operation.
