The Open Day a New Wave in Fresh Pasta will take place on December 6th 2024 inside the GEA Technology Center located in Viale Europa, 27 - Galliera Veneta (Padova), Italy. During the guided tour inside our Technology Center, you’ll have the opportunity to experience our complete Fresh Pasta production systems up close. You’ll explore a complete platform equipped with automatic mixers, flour management and liquid dosing systems, shuttle-based dough distribution, and filling distribution systems for forming machines. It’s an immersive journey to discover the efficiency and innovation behind our technological solutions

Forming systems:

Get an in-depth look at our forming technologies for single and double-sheet pasta. The single-sheet technologies are equipped with clamped molds, telescopic bushings, desmodromic knurls, and a screw pump. The double-sheet solutions, on the other hand, include a ravioli mold with a vacuum system for soft fillings, also equipped with a screw pump.
