The Open Day a New Wave in Fresh Pasta will take place on December 6th 2024 inside the GEA Technology Center located in Viale Europa, 27 - Galliera Veneta (Padova), Italy. This exclusive space, equipped with cutting-edge pilot technologies for fresh pasta production and more, will be specially transformed for the occasion.
Inside the center, attendees will have the opportunity to explore a dedicated showroom featuring selected fresh pasta production machineries and experience talks and presentations from industry experts in the fresh pasta sector.

Fully Equipped plants:
During the guided tour inside our Technology Center, you’ll have the opportunity to experience our complete Fresh Pasta production systems up close. You’ll explore a complete platform equipped with automatic mixers, flour management and liquid dosing systems, shuttle-based dough distribution, and filling distribution systems for forming machines. It’s an immersive journey to discover the efficiency and innovation behind our technological solutions
Forming systems:
Get an in-depth look at our forming technologies for single and double-sheet pasta. The single-sheet technologies are equipped with clamped molds, telescopic bushings, desmodromic knurls, and a screw pump. The double-sheet solutions, on the other hand, include a ravioli mold with a vacuum system for soft fillings, also equipped with a screw pump.
Forming Machine
Our technology allows the production of all typical pasta shapes with high-speed forming machine with quick die change and complete wash down. They're suitable for the production of single and double sheet finished products with hard and soft fillings, thanks to the combination of different filling pumps: lobe, paddle and screw.
Filling & Dosing
GEA's filling pumps are design to suit every kind of fillings: hard, medium soft but also liquid or fillings with pieces, guaranteeing accurate dosing of filling for our customers' end products.
Showroom with single machines :
Deepen your understanding of our technologies with a visit to our dedicated showroom, where you can explore machines for single and double-sheet pasta forming, ideal for producing ravioli, tortellini, and cappelletti. You’ll have the opportunity to observe sheet rollers for traditional, gluten-free, and bicolor doughs, available in both single and double-sheet configurations. Additionally, discover our GEA Cutmaster dough system and the GEA Powerpak packaging solution.
